Mother Earth Spirits Carolina Rye Whiskey gets
its name by featuring malt that comes from a
local craft malting company, Epiphany Malt,
based in Durham, NC. Our rye whiskey is aged
in charred new American White Oak barrels for
at least two and a half years. The grain bill
consists of a majority of malted rye with a
balanced partnership of toasted rye and
malted barley.
Let this high rye whiskey dance around your
senses as the toasted rye brings you chocolate
notes, the malted rye lends a spiciness to your
sip, and the barley finishes with the taste of
sweet caramel.
